Beast Animation's Beiaard: The puppets

I made two puppets the past month.
One of Lowieke, the main character of an upcoming short called "Beiaard" (by Beast Animation).
And one of Beiaard (the horse) which is'nt finished yet actually.
They're gonna shoot the trailer soon and needed somebody to make the puppet (and they asked me).
I'm happy about the overall look, but the mouths are still a little problem (as you can see in the picture below, it leaves a line, and there's not much postproduction budget yet to clean that all up...) the unfinished horse...
